Submission Deadline: All refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your product.

Photo Requirements: Ensure all photos include valid time and date stamps.

Approval Criteria: Refunds will only be approved if all conditions are met. Incomplete or unclear claims will be ineligible.
